Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and products.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
Maintain a database of client information and update it regularly in MS-Excel.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and handover of leads.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competition to effectively pitch our offerings to clients.
