Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote FMCG products.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products and solutions.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams for campaign support.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
