Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner. Clearly explain products or services and their benefits to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Handle objections and rejections with confidence and professionalism. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support business goals. Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate. Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
