Job Description

Experience: 06 months to 1 year

Location: Gandhinagar (On- site)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and schedule meeting for IT products/services. Research, identify and qualify leads through telecalling and maintain a healthy pipeline. Understand client requirements and explain company solutions effectively. Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:



6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/ telecalling, preferably in digital marketing, IT and service-based industries. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Preferrable good English communication. Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and customer-friendly manner. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of digital solutions or IT services will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
