Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and schedule meeting for IT products/services.
Research, identify and qualify leads through telecalling and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Understand client requirements and explain company solutions effectively.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/ telecalling, preferably in digital marketing, IT and service-based industries.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Preferrable good English communication.
Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of digital solutions or IT services will be an added advantage.
