The goal is to become the most preferred snacking brand for families by un-junking their favourite snacks. Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of un-junked snacks including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes and Nutty Spreads. About the CEO and Co-Founder: Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products. Responsibilities: 1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts 2. Answer questions about products or the company 3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales 4. Enter and update customer information in the database 5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner 6. Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation 7. Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales 8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements and skills: 1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role 2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the whatsapp and phone 3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems 4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects 5. Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi \xe2\x80\x93 any other language is a plus 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection 8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
