Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services professionally and clearly.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and reporting.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
Confidence in handling customer objections.
Basic computer knowledge for CRM updates.
Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Qualifications
Minimum: Any UG Degree
Prior telesales experience is an added advantage.
