4Ace Entertainment is looking for a Telecaller to handle client outreach for our events. This role does
not involve any sales
. Your main responsibility will be to call clients, share event-related information, and assist them with queries.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to clients to provide event details
Maintain a professional and polite communication style
Update and manage client information in the database
Handle basic questions and guide clients as needed
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth communication
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable making calls for long durations
Positive attitude and good customer-handling skills
Telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
