Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Ei Samay. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, pitching products/services to potential customers, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Telephonic Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services and generate sales leads.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and follow up with interested customers to close deals.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

5. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services offered by Ei Samay.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar field.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Proficiency in handling customer objections and closing deals.

3. Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Salary: ?15,000 per month (in-hand) + other perks.

2. Additional Benefits: Other perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
