An IVF Telesales Executive drives patient acquisition by counseling potential patients, explaining IVF treatments, generating leads, booking appointments with doctors, nurturing relationships with empathy, and converting calls into registrations, requiring strong communication, CRM skills, and often healthcare/IVF knowledge to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Counseling: Provide information on IVF treatments, processes, and costs via phone, addressing concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
Lead Management: Handle inbound leads (web, campaigns) and make outbound calls to prospects.
Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations with IVF specialists and counselors.
Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain contact with patients, build trust, and encourage treatment compliance.
Data & Reporting: Accurately log calls, manage CRM entries, and provide daily/weekly reports.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly goals for leads, conversions, and registrations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal skills, active listening, rapport building, and voice modulation.
Sales Acumen: Lead generation, conversion, and objection handling.
Empathy: Compassionate approach for sensitive fertility journeys.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and computers.
Experience: Telesales, telecalling, or healthcare/IVF front office experience preferred (freshers with good communication may apply).
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often preferred.
