. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our project features, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce company projects, highlight key benefits, and generate interest.
Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about property options.
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure participation.
Maintain and update daily call reports and CRM entries.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in telesales / telemarketing (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
in English, Hindi, and Telugu (or local language).
Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
