Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and project stakeholders.
Explain company services, infrastructure solutions, and project offerings.
Handle incoming queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).
Follow up with clients and schedule site visits or meetings.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing and project teams.
Maintain call records, feedback, and follow-up status.
Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks related to client communication.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in
English and local language
(e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc.)
Confident and pleasant voice tone.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate/infrastructure is a plus.
