Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote products, services, or training programs. Engage prospects with clear, fluent, and confident English communication. Understand customer needs and effectively pitch suitable offerings to drive conversions. Follow up on inquiries from digital campaigns, website leads, or referrals. Maintain accurate lead data, call logs, and follow-up notes in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and conversion goals. Provide customer feedback and insights to improve marketing and campaign quality. Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all communications. No Targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

-- must be articulate, persuasive, and confident. Strong listening, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
