Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential clients to promote

real estate projects

. Follow up on

leads generated

via campaigns, ads, and walk-ins. Explain project details, investment benefits, and offerings to prospects. Schedule

site visits

and coordinate with the field sales team. Maintain

daily call logs, CRM updates, and client interaction

records. Achieve

monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

2-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (Real Estate).

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to

handle client objections and convert leads effectively.

Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM tools.

Fluent in

Hindi and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
