Minimum qualification: Graduation (must have a computer-related background)?
Language proficiency: Hindi, English, and Punjabi (all required)?
Experience:
At least 2 years of proven experience in telesales or telecalling roles?
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer engagement
Meet or exceed monthly telesales targets
Maintain accurate sales and CRM records
Deliver strong customer service and resolve inquiries professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Excellent persuasive and communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi?
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
Confident and result-oriented approach
