Join our team as a Tele-caller, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our online/offline courses, handling inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal for energetic individuals with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our online/offline courses. Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer issues. Maintain and update a database of contact details and call records. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass qualification is must. Previous tele calling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively
