Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
1-3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/inside sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software).
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
