Job Summary
Connector Point is looking for a Female Telesales Executive to promote
and sell our IT, networking, and computer peripheral products over the
phone. The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and
target-oriented.
Products to Handle
- Computer peripherals (keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitors)
- Laptop accessories (adapter, battery, bag, cables)
- Networking products (routers, switches, LAN cables, Wi-Fi devices)
- Connectors & converter cables (HDMI, VGA, USB, RJ45, etc.)
- Printers, cartridges & toners
- Storage devices (pen drives, external hard disks)
- Barcode scanners & biometric devices
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and business clients
- Explain products, features, and pricing clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with existing and new customers
- Maintain daily call and sales reports
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery team
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Build long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telesales preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Sales-driven and self-motivated
