Telesales Executive (Excellent Communication Plus 1 Year Sales)

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Day Shift)

Weekly Off: Rotational

Salary: Up to ?30,000 CTC

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services

3. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently

4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

5. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions

6. Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely conversions

7. Collaborate with the customer support and operations team for smooth execution

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience

6 months in Sales and 6 months in Customer Support (combined experience acceptable)

Required Skillset:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Ability to handle objections confidently

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales scripts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
