UAE market
and promote Etisalat products including
postpaid SIM cards, eLife (home broadband & TV)
and
SMB solutions
. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a strong passion for sales and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential UAE customers to promote Etisalat products
Explain features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Handle inquiries, resolve objections, and provide accurate product information
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of interactions and sales activities in CRM
Follow up on leads to convert into successful sales
Stay updated on latest products, plans, and promotions
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
Adhere to ethical sales practices and organizational guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales role preferred
Experience with telecom products will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills with persuasive telephone manner
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
Knowledge of
Arabic or UAE regional languages
will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
Ability to build rapport and trust over phone conversations
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result oriented
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Positive attitude, integrity, and professionalism
