Job Opening: Telesales Executive
Location: Ernakulam
Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives(upto 10000)
Qualification: Any Degree
Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred / Freshers with excellent fluency
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services

• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and sales

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills

• High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
