We are seeking an experienced CRE Executive to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience or more in customer relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. As a CRE Executive, you will be the point of contact between the company and clients, helping resolve inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Premium Customer Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers. Handle all queries, complaints, and requests from premium customers efficiently. Ensure personalized services and solutions to meet premium customer expectations.

Customer Relations Oversight:

Monitor customer interaction quality handled by the CRE team. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address escalated complaints and provide quick resolutions.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and review reports on team performance, customer feedback, and satisfaction levels. Identify trends and propose improvements in customer service processes.

Requirements and skills



Proven experience as Customer Relationship or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Educational Requirements:



A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus). Any additional certifications or training in customer service would be advantageous.
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
