Job Description

Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and close sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of products, pricing, and promotional offers. Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM systems. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Adhere to telesales scripts, processes, and company guidelines. Provide feedback to managers on customer trends and opportunities.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong phone handling skills and an active listening mindset. Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
