As a TeleSales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients.

Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product information effectively.

Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and other lead-generation methods.

Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system.

Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.

Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.

Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided).

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
