Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a year or two of work experience, a professional phone manner, and the drive to hit targets, we want to talk to you. You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, responsible for turning leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Call prospective customers from provided leads to introduce our products/services.

Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs and pitch the right solutions to close sales or book appointments.

Relationship Building: Maintain a database of "warm" leads and follow up consistently to build a healthy pipeline.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling quotas and monthly sales targets.

Reporting: Keep an accurate log of all conversations and status updates in our CRM/Tracking system.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in any professional role (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, etc.). We value a proven track record of reliability.

Communication: Fluent in English/Hindi with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Persuasion: A natural ability to handle objections and stay positive after a "no."

Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Education: Graduate in any stream.
