Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about IT solutions.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and courteously.
Basic computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
