Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Telesales Executive

with 1-5 years of experience in outbound and/or inbound calling to generate sales, convert leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Follow up with interested leads and close sales Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM systems Resolve basic customer queries and objections professionally Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups Keep updated with product knowledge, pricing, and offers

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities Customer-focused and result-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling Good time management and multitasking skills

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline 1 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2C / B2B telesales Exposure to CRM tools and call management systems Experience in industries like Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, or E-commerce
