Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads
Explain company products (gym bags, travel bags, custom branding, etc.) clearly
Follow up on inquiries received via WhatsApp, email, or social media
Maintain proper call records and customer data
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
Build long-term customer relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident on phone calls
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to handle objections professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B or corporate sales
Experience in manufacturing / gifting / FMCG industry
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
