Outbound calling

- Outbound Sales Executive (Lead Generation Campaign)

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Work from office (Netaji Subhash Palace, Pitampura)

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls for campaigns targeting international markets. Source new sales leads through cold calls, emails, and lead follow-up. Understand customer needs through discovery calls and upsell relevant products. Maintain and nurture leads in the pipeline; reconnect with past clients. Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including contact volume, lead generation, and client satisfaction.

Desired Profile

Minimum 6 months of relevant outbound sales or lead generation experience. Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent phone manners. Confident, customer-focused, adaptable, and a good team player. Prior experience in international BPO, cold calling, and sales is preferred.
