Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Suggest suitable travel packages based on customer requirements
Convert leads into sales with a consultative selling approach
Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and booking details
Work with operations and support teams for smooth customer service
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualities
Good verbal and written communication
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-based environment
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office preferred)
Sales mindset with customer-first attitude
