software and IT solutions company

offering customized software development, ERP solutions, and technology services to clients across various sectors. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our

software products and IT services

. Explain product features, service benefits, and pricing clearly. Generate qualified leads and maintain proper follow-ups. Achieve daily and monthly sales/lead targets. Record customer interactions and update the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales team for demos and client onboarding. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English). Ability to explain software services in simple terms. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills and confident. Basic computer skills, MS Excel, CRM knowledge.

Qualifications



Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
