Job Summary

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company's services.

Attend and handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns efficiently.

Maintain a polite, courteous, and professional tone during all interactions.

Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM or designated system.

Generate leads and follow up regularly to ensure timely conversion.

Achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the management.

Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department or senior staff.

Participate actively in team meetings, training programs, and performance evaluations.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
