We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle client queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through database calling.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or telesales-related role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive during calls.
Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
