Key responsibilities

Outbound sales:

Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, explain features, and persuade them to make a purchase.

Lead generation:

Identify new sales leads and generate qualified prospects for the sales team.

Customer service:

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships to encourage repeat business.

Sales process management:

Process orders, maintain customer information, and follow up on leads and potential sales.

Record keeping:

Keep detailed records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in a CRM system.

Performance tracking:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.

Market feedback:

Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market conditions.

Required skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Persuasive abilities. Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Good telephone etiquette

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
