Lead generation:
Identify new sales leads and generate qualified prospects for the sales team.
Customer service:
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
Sales process management:
Process orders, maintain customer information, and follow up on leads and potential sales.
Record keeping:
Keep detailed records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Performance tracking:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
Market feedback:
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market conditions.
