Responsibilities:

1. Understand client package requirements and prepare itineraries accordingly

2. Diagnose client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages

3. Present, convince, and sell domestic and international tour packages

4. Manage bookings, sales, and customer issues

5. Provide destination advice and secure transportation and accommodations

6. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally

7. Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices

8. Build strong client relationships and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Agent (preferred in travel industry)

2. Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services

3. Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets

4. Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and booking platforms

5. Customer-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
