Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote international logistics and customs clearance services.
Understand client requirements related to import/export shipments and offer appropriate service solutions.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries received through marketing or referrals.
Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams for client support.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation or conversion targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, preferably in
international logistics / freight forwarding / customs clearance
.
Gender:
Female candidates preferred.
Location Preference:
Candidates residing near Okhla Phase 1 or nearby areas.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good understanding of logistics, shipping, or customs processes (preferred).
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
