: We're looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to connect with our existing and potential customers. Your job will be to call leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExporterIndia Database and our internal database, understand their needs, gather feedback, resolve basic issues, and ensure smooth communication between customers and our team.
Job Location
: A-14, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, India (occasional PAN India travel required)
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their current needs and future requirements.
Collect feedback on our products, services, and customer experience.
Follow-up regularly with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and relationships are maintained.
Generate Sales
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass/Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer support is preferred (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
Basic computer skills - MS Excel, email, CRM usage.
Polite, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to listen, understand customer pain points, and respond professionally.
Heavy performance-based incentives on sales with no upper limit.
