We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven

Telecallers

to join our international team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate effectively with clients or customers overseas, and provide excellent service while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing international customers. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Promote products or services, explain benefits, and assist in conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system. Follow communication "scripts" and company guidelines during calls. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with the team and report regularly to the team leader or manager.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
