We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our sexual wellness brand. The role requires excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to build trust with customers while driving sales and offering guidance about our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and sensitivity.
Convert leads into sales through consultative selling techniques.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Ensure confidentiality and respect while discussing wellness-related products.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets.
Requirements:
1-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or wellness.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
Ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and confidence.
Persuasive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
