to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. The role requires strong communication skills and at least

1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a strong follow-up with leads to convert them into successful sales. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth execution of orders.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in telesales/telemarketing or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel will be an added advantage. Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection (mandatory for WFH).
