Role: Telesales Executive:

We are seeking a

Telesales Executive

who thrives on engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service across voice and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

inbound and outbound calls

, emails, and WhatsApp communication with current and potential customers Handle

customer queries, complaints, and concerns

with efficiency and professionalism Keep detailed records of

customer data, subscriptions, service feedback, and follow-ups

Use CRM tools to

track leads, manage interactions, and improve customer journeys

Conduct

renewal calls, payment follow-ups

, and collect feedback through satisfaction surveys

What We're Looking For

Minimum

1 year of experience

in telesales, customer support, or a client-facing role Strong communication skills. Familiarity with

CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office

Experience in

FMCG or subscription-based businesses

is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
