Telesales Executive - Cosmetics Industry (Females Only)
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive female Telesales Executives from the cosmetic industry who will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our beauty and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales/inside sales within the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell cosmetic/beauty products.
Explain product details, benefits, and offers to clients with confidence and product knowledge.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cosmetic solutions.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain strong after-sales support.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain a customer database for future cross-selling and up-selling.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Stay updated with new cosmetic trends, products, and promotions in the industry.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
Proven work experience as a telesales executive/tele-caller in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or personal care industry is mandatory.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Pleasant telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Languages preferred: [Insert as per company need - e.g., English, Hindi, regional].
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in telesales within the cosmetics/beauty industry.
