Role Overview:
We are hiring a persuasive and energetic Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling annual premium memberships to qualified business owners and professionals over phone calls. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the growth of our business community.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch Banyan Tribe's membership plans.
? Explain the unique benefits of being part of the Banyan Tribe community.
? Schedule discovery calls or directly onboard interested prospects.
? Maintain proper call records, follow-ups, and lead tracking through CRM.
? Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets.
? Collaborate with Regional Directors and Business Development Managers.
? Share feedback from prospects to improve pitch and offerings.
Who We're Looking For:
? Someone who has previously sold high-value products/services such as:
? 5-star hotel memberships
? Term insurance plans
? Luxury wellness or lifestyle products
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
? A confident, positive, and target-driven personality.
? Comfortable with scripts but can improvise based on the prospect.
Basic knowledge of using CRM tools is a bonus.
Location: Dwarka
Timings: 10-6 pm
Compensation: Fixed Salary + High Incentives + Growth Perks
Joining: Immediate
