Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Promote and explain company products/services clearly and confidently. Generate leads, set up appointments, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships. Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion.

Requirements



Minimum qualification: 12th pass . Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive preferred. Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. Persuasive, energetic, and target-driven personality. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM will be an added advantage.
