Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Present company products/services and build strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize opportunities.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
Prior telesales/call center experience is a plus (Freshers welcome too!).
Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
