Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets. Maintain a database of customer information and sales records. Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates. Provide regular reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.

Requirements



Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Confident, energetic, and result-oriented approach. Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM entry, email handling). Previous tele sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

1-3 years with good communication skills can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
