Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven
Sales Telecallers
to join our team. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, explaining product/service features, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain products or services and generate interest among prospects.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best possible solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain call records
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer queries.
Coordinate with the Ops team to schedule appointments or VCs.
Provide accurate information and maintain a detailed record of each interaction.
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems is preferred.
