Job Description

A telesales representative calls potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services, often following a script. Key responsibilities include generating leads, processing orders, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, achieving sales quotas, and updating customer databases. Essential skills involve excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, time management, and the ability to handle rejection and build customer relationships

Responsibility

:

ales & Promotion:

Contact customers via phone to introduce and sell products or services, often using a sales script.

Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers and generate sales leads for the company.

Customer Interaction:

Answer customer questions about products, build relationships, and follow up on purchases.

Order Processing:

Accurately take and process customer orders and transactions.

Database Management:

Maintain and update customer information, purchase records, and interactions in a database.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.

Upselling & Cross-selling:

Proactively offer additional products or services to existing customers to boost sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
