We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telecalling Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound sales and a strong understanding of services like

FSSAI registration, GST registration, Trademark filing

, and

Company Incorporation

. You will play a key role in converting leads, providing information to clients, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services clearly and effectively. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable legal/compliance services. Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp until conversion. Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide accurate information about FSSAI, GST, Trademark, and Incorporation procedures. Handle client queries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with backend teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of telecalling or telesales experience

, preferably in legal/compliance services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus). Good understanding of

FSSAI, GST, Trademark, and Incorporation

services. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
