Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Telesales Executive

with at least

2 years of experience

in sales, customer engagement, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of

meta ads (Facebook

and

Instagram)

to communicate effectively with potential customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to close deals, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to

pitch products/services

and generate sales. Follow up with leads from

Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

to convert them into customers. Understand customer needs and provide

personalized solutions

to drive sales. Maintain a

database of leads and sales records

for follow-ups and reporting. Achieve

weekly and monthly sales targets

through proactive outreach. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to optimize ad targeting and lead quality. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally. Stay updated with

Meta Ads trends

to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years

of experience in

telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Strong knowledge of

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and how they generate leads. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and persuasion

skills. Ability to

handle objections

and convert leads into sales. Experience with

CRM tools

and maintaining sales records. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital marketing or social media advertising is a plus.
