We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively
Handle inbound queries and follow up with interested prospects
Maintain a database of customer information and call logs
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in sales pitching and objection handling
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Excel for lead tracking
Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred
